Consumers have numerous choices as to where they purchase goods and services similar to your own. Obviously, you would like them to choose you.

The secret is to put yourself in front of them indvidually, on a medium that has their undivided attention. Once there, you must deliver a strong, benefit oriented message, and do it quickly.

This idea must be on your mind on a daily basis. It is a crucial "Law of Business", and you will directly influence your organization for better or worse, depending on how well you understand this law.
 
The policies made, procedures developed, standards crafted, environment created, and attitudes projected, these things ultimately become a significant factor in your ability to make and keep customers.
